Zach is a good guy and knows his stuff. He is also very reliable.
Zach was very responsive and did a great job installing a water heater for me. Great communication, fair price, and showed up when he said he would. I would not hesitate to use ZRL again.
Zach is so professional, kind and he knows his trade very well. After calling and speaking to a very nice lady about my circumstance, Zach called me back within 20 minutes and listened to my oil furnace issue. He told me he had many service calls to complete but said he would try to get to my house to help that day or by tomorrow morning the latest. Zach called us when he was just finishing his last service call after 7pm that same day. He told me he wanted to get our oil furnace up and running so we would at least have heat for the night. Zach was soon at our house and found the issue immediately and had the furnace up and running in about a 1/2 hour. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable in his multi-trades and explained what the problem was and how he repaired it. And Zach is just simply a very nice person on top of it. I would never call anyone else. Thanks Zach for helping us during these very cold days.
